The team members have an average of over ten years of industrial experience from both successful start-ups and established public companies in this field and are lead by entrepreneurs with good track record. The team is competent in supporting and advising both early stage research & development and mass production.

We have and are actively developing technologies, know-how, and intellectual properties in integrated photonics including novel chip & component designs, design software, optical systems, and fabrication processes. Our extensive experience with commercial and in-house design tools as well as years' accumulations of experimentally tested design building blocks accelerate R&D cycles. We routinely customize designs and even tailor fabrication and packaging processes for client's specific need.
Resource
We have long-time relationship and deep understanding with a number of semiconductor (Si photonics, InP, GaAs, etc.) fabs and foundries that enables us to develop new prototyping chips, with either standard or custom processes, at much higher success rate that newer users. Our expertise in global optical supply chain allows us to help clients build products from chips all the way to modules. We always embed thoughtful design-for-manufacturing considerations at every step to ensure a successful transition to production.
